so my husband and i started watching closer to what we eat and when. i wouldnt say a diet because we havent really changed much of the foods. we still eat things like chicken, steak, we had cake on my birthday last week. we just make sure we eat 5 meals a day, and each meal is no more than 400 calories. for me i keep mine around 275-350. We eat a small "meal" every 3 hours. and i gotta say its been working out great. in the one week that we've been doing this he has lost 7 pounds, and i have lost 4.
We do exercise too. so its not just the food helping us out. we are starting off small right now. but we are working on it together and i love it. i feel very proud of both of us. i havent felt that in a long time.
