so the rapid weight loss has now slowed down but I appear to be gaining muscle so I'm not too fussed, calculated my bmi today and I am 1.5% away from being helthy 1.5!!! OK so it's still the very top of the healthy range but I can't belive it! 1.5!! :D
New class launch at the gym tomorrow too so hopefully mixing up my routine will make a difference. I know it's a bit mad but I can't wait, gonna try CXworxs and bokwa the morrow morning and then they are doing a wine tasting and quiz night tomorrow night all for the sick kids hospital, Brilliant! Exercise and a little reward for a good cause can't get better than that!
Has anyone else heard of these classes? all the trainers have been saying CXworx is pretty hard but I can't wait will let you all know how it goes soon! :D XX
