So much has happened in the last few weeks.
The biggest was my dad passed away. While he had been declining in health, it was sudden. I knew just a few hours before he passed that he was in his final hours. I did get to speak to him on the phone so that gave me comfort.
But then I had to travel down to TX for the funeral and helping my mom out. So I was there from the 13th to the 31st. Mom came back with me. She will be with me till the 16th. And this weekend we go to NC for a family reunion.
On the health side. I am .2 from my last mid point goal weight. Although I just changed my ticker. I think I'd like to be at 135. I really need to do more strength training and work on more toning.
My dr was happy today with my weight. But I'd like to be down a bit more and be more toned.
Thanks to all who have supported me this last month in the loss of my dad.
