So much has happened in the last few weeks.

The biggest was my dad passed away. While he had been declining in health, it was sudden. I knew just a few hours before he passed that he was in his final hours. I did get to speak to him on the phone so that gave me comfort.

But then I had to travel down to TX for the funeral and helping my mom out. So I was there from the 13th to the 31st. Mom came back with me. She will be with me till the 16th. And this weekend we go to NC for a family reunion.

On the health side. I am .2 from my last mid point goal weight. Although I just changed my ticker. I think I'd like to be at 135. I really need to do more strength training and work on more toning.

My dr was happy today with my weight. But I'd like to be down a bit more and be more toned.

Thanks to all who have supported me this last month in the loss of my dad.

  When you get to a point when you can focus on you, instead of taking care of your Mom, let's get together for a healthy lunch and you can tell me about your Dad. I'd love to hear all the wonderful memories that you have of him. And congratulations on your progress. Love it when the doctor is happy!
