"Those who do not find time for exercise will have to find time for illness." — Earl of Derby. This quote caught my eye and it made me wonder. I have exercised nearly all my life. Grade school was softball in the summer along with walking to swimming pool in the town park. High school was swimming and track. College was lots of walking to and from classes to the dorm. In my adult years I have enjoyed step aerobics, jazzercise, running, walking, strength training, pilates, and yoga. I have done kick boxing but I never enjoyed it - something about punching and kicking did not sit well with my spirit. My health has been pretty normal all my life. Is it a result of exercise, food selections or the genetics of my parents. I really don't know. I do know that I can not stop now. I enjoy exercise and activity too much and only hope I will still be doing my yoga, walking the dogs, swimming, and lifting weights throughout the rest of my life. Of course I log all my daily activities into my Fitness Tracker.
