Wow July flew by and it is already time to figure out August goals. Notice I am a few days off in that department because I don't want to believe it is August. Only 2 more weeks before I report back to work and I am not really ready to head back. I have had a very busy summer with my girls and like usual never accomplished everything I wanted to do.
July was not a good month for me. Hurt my knee and had to stop running. Even had to stop walking that much. I have now given a full week off from walking (mostly due to scheduling) and so I am hoping that when I start back up tomorrow all will be better. Food has not been good either. Need to get back into logging all my food again. Gained and lost 2x's this month. One good thing about going to school is that I will be more discipline with my food as well as get back into a routine of exercising. I love have a set routine.
So for August Goals:
1. Give up sugar: no soda, sweet tea or sweets (candy, baked goods, etc.)
2. Log my food.
3. Exercise - 3 days of strength training, 3 days of cardio (walking), one rest day.
