Welcome to my goals for August :) I will try to only keep it down to one or two per each of this 10 step system, so that it's possible?
My biggest issue is not eating meals - and then i transmogrify into the cookie /carb monster. I would very much like to plan meals (and nice snacks) the day before I intend to eat them. In fact, I'd like to give myself a real reward if I have lunch every day from this blog until September.. That's very tricky to do.. so.. a GOOD reward like...
I dunno.. a $100 clothing certificate? (that would get you like 3 pieces of clothes here in NZ).
David has offered to review my plan for my "One Peak Micro Cycle" - I want to put in weights and cardio and walking. And I need to get this done ASAP! I also want to make like some free time... to do whatever I want sort of Cardio? hmm tricky :) - I wanna see if I can do 2000 minutes this month. I got up to an impressive 1800 last month :D
It would be fun to add the 28 day boot camp challenge :D
I strongly desire to see a consultant about any sort of natural supplement I could take that would make me like regular other people and able to lose weight.. basically.
The consultation cost is 90$ + medication so... I need to save up.
I want to be up at 7:30 am every morning. So I gotta set my alarm every day. - Figuring out how much sleep I need will have to come later.
This is simple. I want to write a big long list of encouraging things to say.. and say them to myself. Simple right? haha.. yeah.. right.
I feel very blessed to have a supportive friendship with Xphoenix like I do, she has been there for me on several occasions, it would be way better if I could learn how to be there for her.. I don't want to be a one way user kind of friend! bleh!
I would like to find a walking partner in my Active Canterbury Group.. I feel shy and this is a challenge... :I It needs to be a positive person I think.. infact, only walking just once would be enough =] I will start out by joining the walking group we have.
Thirdly, I'd like to connect with someone else here on Spark.. There really are so many wonderful girls to chose from... But it's hard for me to be like normal ppl and just chat to everyone... I dunno why... But I suppose it'd be becky/jan/orjenn.. I had a cool chat with Becky last night about chasing her dreams to live in England.. so maybe I'll try to make a connection there - esp because she chats to me a lot already :)
I maybe have to change my sleep time.. to factor in different time zones. Not sure.
Consistency and Momentum
I WANT the consistency and full attendance trophy on Spark.. Momentum however, is a tricky balance.... I have experienced some of it last month.. I suppose it comes from setting challenges?... I think joining the Red Hot Girls on Done Group would help? :) And keeping a daily journal in paper, on my progress =)
I want to completely read all my library books, huge goal cos i got out four! aah! - and take notes! I also need to start building up more recipes, I'm tired of my current ones. (Actually making a lunch recipe book would be cool!)
GIVE UP SUGAR. GET THE TROPHY.
I reckon I could knock it out in a week if i was committed to it...
And then look at the mindful eating challenge :)
What will be, will be! I can't do that lose 5 pounds thing... but I CAN say.. I want to be on target every day so I can be sure, it's my body and not my laziness haha. I did sorta go down a pant size last month.. To get in size 18 pants would be awesome. (I'm a size 20 now). So is that a decent goal? 6cms off the tummy? :)
