If you were with me on my journey you'll know I went from 175 to 115. I started getting comments that I was too skinny so I intentionally went back up to my original goal weight of 128. Now I'm in my maintenance phase and doing swell. I am still toying with my "acceptable range" for my weight. I feel good but I think I need to be in the lower end of this "range" - Ha, of course I do ---- right?! Oh, and I love the new "maintaining your weight" ticker here on Spark! It is totally awesome!
I'm 135 as of this morning... a wee bit too high but I'm staying within my range so that rocks. I still have a love/hate relationship with Bob Harper. I LOVE his stuff and I HATE it all at the same time but I can honestly say that his DVDs and books have kept me going and kept the weight off. He's no joke, he'll grind you into the dirt but he does it because he loves ya, haha! I still eat right with the occasional treats of burgers of sweets but they are far and few between. Luckily my hubby's a great cook and we both love eating healthy NOMS so it's all good! I slack now and again on my water intake, it is the bane of my existence but I'm back up to 10 to 12 cups of water (pure water) a day.... and yes, I have to pee all the time, haha!
