"IF" is going really easily so far. I just had my first meal of the day at 1pm. I actually wasn't hungry at all leading into my eating time, stomach wasn't growling, didn't feel hungry, but I ate anyways.
My first meal was a nice 650 calorie meal; 2 servings of special k red berries cereal and a splash of light vanilla soy milk (I like my cereal damp, not swimming), a cup of vanilla greek yogurt and 2 bananas. When I put everything in the tracker, the number of calories shocked me, but then I remembered how calorie dense bananas are. Might stay away from bananas inside of meals and stick with them just being snacks... even though I don't really have time for snacks, I have time for 2-3 meals within 5 hours.
For lunch in an hour or so, I'm going to have a spicy black bean veggie burger on white bread (we don't have any wheat D:) with some ketchup and additional Texas Pete and black pepper because I like extra hotness.
For dinner, I might just have a can of creamed corn, nothing special.
