Better Days

Today has been going quite well. I had a small bowl of cereal at 4:45 am before I left for my walk this morning. I walked a little over a mile, (YAY!!!) and I didn't eat again until 12pm. I couldn't even eat all my lunch!! I actually got full! I did eat all my cucumber, but only half of my turkey burger. I'm hoping that my metabolism is trying to kick in again, because I do feel a little more energized then usual. Every day is an accomplishment. emoticon
