This is my 3rd week of trying to eat healthy and as of this week I have started a work out program to fit around my schedule. I have had some great support in doing all of this from my family and friends which has been so great. I am also pleased that as of today I have lost 8 lbs in the last 2 weeks since starting. Since I was absolutely horrified when I went to the doctors office 2 weeks ago and learned that I had gained 10 lbs in one month. That was what made me realize that I had to do something before I gained even more weight.
