FEELING SPARKLESS!

Ok...heres the deal...every since last Friday my days have been a BUST...I have been in a mood that won't let me get motivated about workout...I have been doing my exercise but not as happy and energetic as normal...I think I am loosing my SPARK...maybe I need some new spark teams or spark challenges...I don't know!!! I do know that I do thank the sparkfriends that I have that is helping me by cheering me on, but I also have some that are not even doing anything...I think I might delete those guys and add some new one..I am not trying to sound mean or anything, but we are all suppose to be here to help one another on this journey....if I give you a cheer shouldn't you give me one back...I am just saying!!!!!! Any way I am trying my best to get back on point, I have been still eating correctly, but like I said I don't won't to workout...but I have been forcing myself to do it them!!!

    I think most if not all of us feel that way sometimes, and it can go on for awhile. The things that have helped me get out of my most recent SparkSlump are
Reading at least one motivational article a day
Aiming for 100 Sparkpoints daily
Trying out SP videos I haven't done before and loving the fact that I can do them!
Posting daily, or almost daily
Doing a few 3 day challenges with friends.

Hang in there. Maybe look for some new things to try.

    I hate to repeat what the other Sparkies have said but, I have been there more than once on this journey myself. I find that it comes from out of nowhere but usually I have to step back and reevaluate what I'm currently doing and I start to mix my activities up.

I look at how far I've come and how great it's feel and I put one foot in front of the others and my spark usually returns. I agree that maybe you should try other teams and different challenges. One of the teams I'm apart of is the Done Being the Fat Girl team. This is truly an active and supportive bunch of ladies.

When you get a chance, check them out, maybe this is a team that can help ignite your spark.

In the mean time, emoticon because you have come to far to quit.

    Good luck in igniting your spark. I've been there myself and it's no fun. Just go through the motions until something switches if that's what it takes. And it will. I like the suggestions. I used most of them myself.

Just keep going!

    Where you are is OK. It happens. Try reading some motivational pages and weight loss stories on SP - set a goal to read 3 a night. I'll do the same. emoticon emoticon emoticon and yes, delete those that are dragging you down. just move on. You are worth it!!

    YES GIRL YOU ARE GOING THROUGH A PHASE, I REMEMBER MINE ALL TO WELL. YOU SAID IT WELL, LOOK AT NEW TEAMS, CHALLENGES AND ADDING NEW ACTIVE SPARKFRIENDS. I'VE BEEN DELETING SOME OF MY INACTIVE FRIENDS AS WELL IT'S NOT MEAN IT'S FAIR. YOU DESERVE TO GET SUPPORT JUST LIKE YOU GIVE AND I KNOW THAT YOU DO GIRL.     Honestly, I think we all go through phases of feeling more or less motivated, sparked, driven. It's what we do when we're in these bleh moments that is the real measure of us. So emoticon pushing yourself to keep doing what is best for you even when you're not feeling it.

Our spark cannot die or be lost. It can dim to the point we can't see it, but it is always there waiting to be fanned back into a warm flame or even to burst into a mighty blaze. "This too will pass" as the saying goes.

    Just keep doing what you are - you will get your spark back. Maybe switch some of your exercises around, or find some yummy healthy recipes. Keep sparking and don't give up! emoticon
