While talking to my exercise guru about the challenge I then asked about crunches. No clue why I never thought to ask him about crunches in the past, but I hadn't. So when I asked him about crunches, he grinned (yes it was a little evil and he isn't the grinning type, picture mr. serious.), and then stated that he doesn't do crunches.
As you can imagine I am very surprised to hear this!! After a lengthy confused pause by me I then ask: Umm, what do you do them? I am sure my face was priceless as his grin got bigger! He then stated leg lifts. Another lengthy confused pause which caused him to laugh and then demonstrate "his" type of leg lifts. His type are legs through shoulders, yep he takes his back off the floor too. He then told me that I can do just the traditional type of leg lifts. Yes he was still laughing.
Now for those wondering I am pretty sure that the guru's body fat is pretty darn close to zero and the guru is certified on many levels. I trust him too. So I tried some leg lifts this morning, last time I tried leg lifts was over a year ago, and to my surprise they were amazingly easy and I felt very energized afterwards.
I finished off the 150 swings this morning from yesterday and I only have 467 left for today.
