75 Lbs GONE.

Thursday, August 02, 2012

As of January 15th 2010. I gave birth to my youngest son and weighed in at 301 lbs. OUCH.

I have lost 75 lbs since then.

Its so painful to type that and then have to say in the next breath I still have about the same amount to lose. Its taken me over two years to lose this much. Everyday there are different struggles.

Its not over. I'm not giving up. I'm just frustrated at how painfully slow this process has been.

I have learned so much. There is so much more to learn.

    CONGRATULATIONS!!!! That is amazing!!!!

2 years seems reasonable to me for 75 lbs. I'm sure you could do it faster if you had a nanny and a personal chef and a trainer who comes to your house. BUT, most of us don't have that reality. You're doing great! Keep it up!

What an AWESOME accomplishment!! I know it's a slow journey and I often wish I would just wake up thinner and healthier, but appreciate your body now and what you can do that you couldn't before! Look forward to what you'll be able to do in the future... but mostly celebrate how much you've done already!!!!! emoticon

emoticon That is such a major accomplishment. Celebrate by rewarding yourself with something nice. I do understand why you are frustrated. Just know that the slow and steady weight loss has been proven best because it tends to stay off. People who loose extremely quickly tend to gain it all back (plus some) in just as short a time period. Stay encouraged and remember that slow and steady WINS THE RACE!
