Keeping up while sick

I have some kind of stomach virus. For the past three days I've had difficulty getting all of my calories in, much less hitting my nutrient goals, because I'm so nauseated. On top of that, half the time I keep vomming whatever food I ate within an hour of eating it, which is never fun.
I know it's probably silly to be worried about my diet goals when I'm under the weather like this, but it concerns me that I'm not able to eat enough and keep it down. Walking has been the only exercise I've been able to tolerate for the past few days, and so in addition to not eating enough I feel like I'm not exercising enough, either.
How dos one strike a balance in these situations?
