Eeek! Up .5lb since yesterday. I know, I know. Weighing every day doesn't always yield accurate results. But it keeps me motivated, darn it, and it's a daily reminder to stay on my program.
Zumba last night was horrible. Our Wed instructor doesn't push us as hard as the other instructors. She kept playing all of the songs I didn't like, so I had a hard time getting into the workout. Plus, the class was extra packed. I think I focused more on not bumping into anyone than I did on working hard. I was still sweating a lot, but I wasn't huffing and puffing for breath like I usually was. I was just over it, and couldn't wait for the class to be over. At 9:30 when our instructor put on "one last song" I left.
I'm so glad that today is Thursday, and that the week is almost over. IDK if I'm going to skip the gym today or just hit the treadmill or elliptical. Now that I know I'm up .5lb I'll probably push and go to the gym (see? it DOES motivate me!) Here's hoping I still feel that way at the end of the day....
