So I stopped the January Jump Start Challenge. I have been going to the gym here in the apartments and feel like I am pushing myself more there then I do with the videos. I still do them some days when i need a change. Just because I stopped this challenge doesn't mean I am not working out. I have made fitness minute goals and I tend to beat them!
I am still doing the stress busting challenge. I didn't fully complete week 1, so I am doing it again before moving on to week 2. It's funny, I am only worried about my stress when it gets to the point that I am suffering. I need to get my stress out before it gets bottled up and pressurized. That is the whole point so I need to start doing it.
I met with my aunt and she helped me create a budget. It is going to take some discipline, but
we will soon be on the track to a life of less debt and more saving and goal making!
I tried out the resistance bands at the gym. I liked them, but didn't feel that I got as good as a work out if I use the machines or weights. I would like to have one though for travel (not that I do much right now). Thank you everyone for letting me know about how cheap they were and where you got them. :)
My weight loss has slowed down, but I am seeing the changes in my body. I feel stronger and a little bit tighter.
