A lot of things have happened in the past couple months... life changing kind of things. Most of them are completely stress inducing. Anyone would've given themselves a week or two of filling themselves with food and inactivity. But there's a point when it's too much and it has to stop. I've been stuffing myself and sitting still for months now and I've certainly gained weight from it. Filling myself with food make me feel good for only moments. I should be eating a moderate amount of good nutritious things and exercising in order to feel better in the long run. By the end of the summer I want to be back down to what I was before all the stressful events began, which was about 175.
-There is so much SUGAR in this house it's insane. I need to get myself off of this addicting stuff. No more dessert besides straight up fruit!
-Need more protein like beans, greek yogurt, cottage cheese, and maybe some meat substitutes
-Join the gym and try to do some stuff
