I am pretty disappointed in myself for not reaching this goal yet. I have decided to make some changes this week. Kicking up my cardio a bit and decreasing my calorie intake to 1200 a day. Hoping this will move that stinky old scale in the correct direction!
On a good note, I am down 22lbs. and have 28lbs to go to reach the end of this journey and move on to maintenance!
