The 18-hour Challenge.

I still did a little cheat last night. 3 pizza rolls. OH, FIE ON YOU, WRETCHED CHEESE-AND-SAUCE-FILLED PASTRIES!

So today, I did an 18-hour challenge to myself to do NO CHEATS. Started at about 10 a.m.

B: Coffee
LUNCH: poached chicken with mustard and lemon pepper mixed with diced onions and apple, served with homemade broccoli soup (just broccoli and chicken broth, pureed)
SNACK: Strawberries and 1/2 apricot
DINNER: 1 egg, 3 eggwhites, scrambled with 1 cup chopped (sauteed) bell peppers and some sauteed onions. Served with one big gorgeous sliced tomato from the farmer's market.
SNACK: More strawberries
DRINKS: Water water water water

No. Cheats.

I did NOT put the cheese on the eggs (like I thought about). I did NOT eat the leftover Pizza Rolls of Beelzebub (like I wanted). I did NOT eat the fresh bread from the farmer's market (sigh). I did NOT eat any M&Ms when I transferred them from the ripped bag into the jar.

As George Costanza once said, "I'm BACK, baby!"
