I just realized that I haven't been on here for quite a awhile. Its been a crazy year for me. I'm still taking care of my dad. My sister had another baby so I've been helping her as well. She has a 2 and a half year old and a 2 month old. I also still work full time. I have no time for myself anymore. I just recently weighed myself and guess what you guessed it I gained weight again. Please how can I get back on track again. Any suggestions thanks for the help

I was just stating that when school started I knew I was going to lose track of time for exercising. Sounds like you are in the same 'time crunch" boat.
Here's the thing. You do. WE do. We just need to prioritize it, right? And right now we have put our health on the bottom and why?
So, even if you have to get up at 430 to do a quick workout before showering and off to work, well, that's our priority. right? right.
You can do this.

I have been told that to take care of others, you need to take care of yourself (or words to that effect).
I had my mum living with us for over 2 years with Alzheimers. I should have had her in care all that time, but I wanted her with us. I wasn't taking the advice being given, and I wasn't looking after me and went downhill and ended up on medication for depression.
I have come out of this - no longer taking the tablets and mum is now in care and is being looked after far better than I could ever do. She is unable to walk any more.
It is easier said than done looking after yourself, but you really need to. I, like you, was working full time while mum was with us.
WW has a plan (in Australia) called filling and healthy - this may be an option for you where you only eat the foods on the list until you are satisfied. When I really stick to it, I lose weight.
Just remember we are all in this together, and have each other for support.

I can't add much to what was said. I know it may seem selfish, but try to make sure you schedule some time for you and keep it.

Taking care of your dad is very hard. Also, it can cause you to get off track to comfort your self with food..
I'd write down the areas that you have a hard time being on track with. Then stay focused on those and finding a solution to help you stay on track. EX.
I'd try to find some exercises to do when your dad is sleeping, plus I'd look at the chair exercises, so you can exercise while having to sit.
As for food, I would use the tracker. This is easy to say, but hard to do right now. I hope you can give to you, so you can give to your dad & sister.
