A new month, a new beginning as we enter the month of August. Its been two months since resuming my weight loss journey. This month, I am setting a goal to lose 10 lbs, and be out of the 200's, which is a milestone for me. This month, I'm challenged myself to the Jillian Michaels' 30-Day Shred DVD, which consists of three 20 minute workout based on levels of intensity from lowest (1) to highest (3). I expect to get a great cardio and strengthening workout that will burn calories as well as tone my body.
So let the "shredding" begin . . .
