week 8 weigh in

So i lost a pound! Not the 2lbs i was aiming for but i am still really pleased cos its a loss, not staying the same, not GAINING, but losing, i am a LOSER, and i love it!

Week 8, 30.07.12 = 239lbs

I went to the gym twice that week and did little bits of exercise around that, but i also went out for a meal and drinks friday night and really enjoyed myself (LOL!) so to have lost weight is a really nice surprise and motivation for this week.

I am struggling for time as my Dad is staying with us this week and takes a bit of entertaining! But i have already been to the gym once and plan to go again tomorrow. And i've been cooking for him rather than us eating out and he likes to walk so taking advantage of that!

Lets see how we do next week, 238lbs anyone?!
