Okay, so after a hairy and stressful two weeks at work (right after I start doing this whole being healthy thing!), I'm back to trying this again. We had a big deadline that was yesterday (yay! it's over!), and now things SHOULD go back to normal. I can start eating right and not eating junk food. Hubby got a new job and his hours are more in line with mine so now we can go walking at night. He also gets paid weekly which will make the grocery shopping for healthier foods MUCH easier.
Looked in the mirror this morning (which I usually avoid at all costs!) and it looked like I have lost some weight (don't have a scale yet). I asked my daughter and she agreed with me. So Woo Woo! I've started on the right track!
