One Whole Week!

So I've successfully logged in, worked out, tracked my food, calories, and fitness for a whole week! I am so proud of myself. I've been a member since 2008, and finally I am truly committed to losing weight and being healthy once again.
I'm really exhausted though, but I'm not going to stop not when I've already lost 5 pounds.
Yay me! So much thanks to all you Spark People and all your support!
