My main goal for August is getting under the 300 mark! I want that new scale of mine to read 299.9!
Workout 6 days a week for 45 minutes of cardio. Get in ST as much as possible.
Make sure to log my food everyday and check in with spark and sunnies everyday.
I can do this!! 18lbs-ONE MONTH-NO EXCUSES!!
