First 7 Days International Suppers

Wednesday, August 01, 2012

Here's the run-down of the first 7 days of the Olympics. I started off slow as it was a last minute idea. Not to mention the heat. I would have loved to do it up on Italian night, but at least the sentiment was there.

Friday, Opening ceremonies.

Saturday, July 28
emoticonMexican layered "dip", roasted jalepenos, tortillas

Sunday, July 29
emoticon Italian Meatball Subs; salad

Monday, July 30

Tuesday, July 31

Wednesday, Aug 1
emoticon Lamb gyros; garden salad with Greek dressing

Thursday, Aug 2
emoticon Slow cooker Swedish cabbage rolls (SP recipe); Swedish brown beans; Swedish Chocolate Spice Cookies (SP recipe)

I'm carefully planning the remaining meals. Stay tuned! emoticon
