i have been going to zumba 3x a week and walking anywhere from 3 to 8 miles a day 5 x a week, but unfortunatly i have bad ankles. well my ankle is very swollen, but i dont want to stop losing weight, i have been losing 5 lbs a month with the above mentioned regime. can any one suggest something that i can do to continue on my journey and not regain any weight. any and all suggestions are appreciated. one day at a time on this journey.
