I am a pretty happy girl, I have managed to stick with every one of my goals for the week and it's Wednesday! Whoo hooo!
Here is what last posted:
Sunday: Drink 8, 8 oz. glasses of water. DONE! + 5 mile bike ride along with a 20 minute walk with the stroller!
Monday: Plan dinner so I'm not flying by the seat of my pants come 6 pm when I get home. DONE - we had leftovers from Sunday.
Tuesday: Walk with the boys after dinner for 1 mile. DONE - also added in Jackie Warner's workout DVD last night since the boys were in bed and asleep by 8:30.
Wednesday: Duplicate of Monday and Tuesday. 1/2 DONE - chicken stir fry on the menu for tonight.
Thursday: Morning walk/jog with the boys (see first paragraph)
Friday: See Thursday + ride bike 10 miles
Saturday: See Thursday + Friday + focus on water + date night with the hubby even if it is from our couch!
Sundady: See Friday + bake healthy treats for hubby's lunches and snacks for the kiddos.
