Since I've started my better eating program, I've lost 12.5 lbs. I thought I would have lost more in that amount of time, but, I am satisfied with the results because I am not gaining and I have maintained a weight loss every week within my goals. I do not want to crash diet because it is not a healthy way to lose weight and it would most likely come right back on as quickly as I lost it. I am easy going about my food choices. If I want to eat something "sinful" then I try to fit it in to my program by adjusting the other foods I am eating for that day. Yesterday I had too much protein and fat, but, calorie-wise I was okay. So I am not too worried about that. One thing that does bother me though,is that although the scale shows that I weigh less, and I my shirts are somewhat looser, I don't think it is at all noticeable in the mirror or to anyone else. Where did those lbs. come off from? It is my middle section that annoys me the most (I guess because I am middle aged and that where it accumulates). I suppose when I lose more weight, it will eventually have to come off my middle too.
