Good morning everyone!!
I'm so glad when i new month starts because its like a mini fresh start and a great reason to set new goals and share them with everyone.
I had a mini confidence booster this morning when i tried on a costume i've been considering for holloween that my bf bought for me before and didn't fit. Its a size M/L which made me sooo nervous but i thought what the heck and sure enough it fits GREAT! it was a great confidence booster.
So goals for this month are as follows:
500 fitness minutes
1 soda maximum per week
75-90 oz of water per day
Continue my no fast food streak
I hope you all have goals in mind and make the best out of this month. I know i am going to. No worried i'll keep updating you guys as things go on.
The last weekend in Aug I have a big horse show so i'm preparing for that now and still have to get a few things together. I'm hoping it will be a good experience, i'm buying my chaps in the next week or two and i'm going to get a size Large. i really hope they fit, but i'm sooo nervous.
Another goal is to buy a new pair of jeans. i always buy silvers or adikted jeans but they are so expensive so i'm on a mission to get jeans that are under $60 that i LOVE and can fit in well.
