Today is day 3 and I am down 6lbs. I am counting calories (1800 a day) and exercising (only 10min a day, don't laugh) on the recumbent bike during my break at work. I'm sure the first 6lbs is water weight and shock to my body, but it's 6lbs less than before, so I am happy! I only weighed so soon because my weigh-ins are on Wednesdays. I won't lie to you, these 3 days have been difficult. I do well during the day but by night my stomach just growls and growls. I keep telling myself, "One day at a time, Lesley."
