OH I have at last been not eating the only meat I would is Chicken..
For the last 6 weeks I have been eating nothing but meatless foods veggie burgers & whole foods, fruits & whole grains nuts so on..
I really feel the difference in me I feel more energy..
Seems like you have to eat more of the good stuff to get my calories for the day but hey at least it is HEALTHY not bad stuff!!!
I love this new way & YES I am sticking to it..
OH plus no dairy at all Almond milk unsweetened kind ..
Give it a try you will see for yourself it is a good thing to do for you..
I did this slow at first only ate 4 chicken meals a week & went lower from there, don't miss NOTHING AT ALL!!!
Am very satisfied too!!!
