First, let me start off by saying- WOW I cannot believe it is already August this year is flying by!
Alright so my weight goals:
August 1st: 169.5
August 31st: 159.5
I would really like to lose 10lbs this month! However I will be on vacation from August 17th-26th so if I only lose 8lbs this month I'll be OK. but I'd really like to be in the 150s for the first time since my senior year of high school!
Fitness Goals:
As of August 1st I can run 20 minutes without stopping thanks to my c25k program!
August 31st: Run a 3k in 40 minutes :)
August 1st: Lifting 8lbs
August 31st: Lifting 10lbs
Nutrition Goals:
Continue drinking 10-12 glasses of water daily
Increase protein intake!
