My pants are tight...my body is sore

So, I blew it yesterday too...this seems to be the story of my week, so I've accepted that. Today is the first morning this week I haven't woke up craving a soda, that's a start.

I know how this works, I know what this week is, I know the elephants are growing this week and are wanting everything in sight...Friday's weigh in is still going to suck. I know this. It's not going to be a big relief if I don't gain weight this week because my pants are tight, which is probably from the soda. So, Monday I'm back to no soda on weekdays and eating not only in my nutrition range, but eating good stuff in my range...there is a difference!

Ohh and I'm still sore. Zumba helped stretch me out yesterday, will be doing it again tonight, then I'm on rest days for Thursday and Friday. My body will probably love me.

    Maybe drinking ice tea will help you wean off soda (you won't get the caffein withdrawals). Remember there is no good soda or good time to drink it. Even diet soda is horrible for you and all will make you bloat. Zumba is great for you. Perhaps if you are feeling heavier you should take only one rest day and do a light workout on the other?

    Keep your head up. Sounds like you're having a rough time - and that's ok. We've all been there. The important thing is that you don't give up! We all have your back.

I've quit drinking soda as well, and I know it can be hard. But YOU CAN DO IT!

You are doing better than me... at least you are getting in the exercise. I haven't gotten that far yet.
