Well, my re-first month on Spark People is officially over, and I have to say I'm a little disappointed with the results, and myself.
I wasn't very consistent with my eating efforts or my exercise efforts, though I have done over 90 minutes for 4 weeks in a row now.

So aside from the arms, which I'm assuming is just muscle starting to grow (hopefully), I've lost a total of 3" and 2lbs. This disappointing result is definitely motivating me to kick arse this month, and I've set some goals for myself.
1) Lose 4lbs
Steps to Achieve: Go out for a walk/run 3x per week. Do strength training 3x per week.
2) Finish 100 Push-Ups Challenge
Steps to Achieve: Do the push-up program after my walks.
3) Start Buying My Own Groceries
Steps to Achieve: Visit farmer's markets, browse through sale flyers. Set aside money in my budget (see goal #5)
4) Reach 1000 Fitness Minutes
Steps to Achieve: Get extra exercise in, in any way shape or form!
5) Create and stick to a budget
Steps to Achieve: Use SparkSavings, log spending on the spending tracking sheet and keep receipts and bank statements.
Hopefully I'll be more successful this month than last month, and hopefully the dismal results of July push me to be successful this month.
