I'll keep it brief.
Water intake: Averaging about 10 (8) oz's a day from drinking water/tea and eating more water-based foods.
Goal is to increase it to an average of 12-14 (8) ozs a day with the remaining 30-40 ozs coming from food. Also make some of those bottles of water lemon-waters to help in reducing swelling.
Skin: Skin is much better adjusting to detoxing and exercising I guess...the water will help. Noticed some skincare products are not good for my skin, so maybe I'll try some other stuff.
Diet: (really just food choices): Increase more green foods in my diet, add some variety slowly but surely. I need to keep a close eye on my sodium--had a cheat meal of pizza and the sodium was over 6000 mg! So I need to be more conscious of my food choices in that respect.
Exercise: Kids are almost back to school which will mean more walking and jogging for me and that's a good thing! My new group BGR has challenged me to get 7 miles a week, so I'm aiming for that. I will continue my current mix up of Elliptical, Wog, Biggest Loser Cardio, Yoga, Zumba, and strength training, but I will be adding stair climbing. Why because climbing stairs repeatedly, I have found are a weakness for me and drain me, so my aim and goal is to conquer it!
Other goals & expectations: I expect to lose atleast 5 pounds with keeping in mind that the scale may not be so friendly as I increase muscle building exercises and I'm fine with that. In fact, I have to remember that from the fall throughout the winter with my strength training increasing I may have some gains, but it will be worth it. Which leads me to my other goals of losing inches. For the month of August I want to drop a total of about 17 inches....
Neck: 14.5-1 inch
Arms - 15.5 - 1 inch
Bust: 51-3 inches
Chest 42 - 2 inches
Waist-43 - 3 inches
BB waist 50 - 3 inches
Hips 52 - 1 or 2 inches
Each thigh: 28 - 2 inches
And calves---I expect them to either stay the same or possibly increase.
