Nearing a major milestone

I started with Sparkpeople 8 weeks ago. Since then I have lost 28 lbs. My first major milestone is loosing 30 lbs. I am hoping to meet this milestone by my next weigh in, which is on Sunday.

When I hit this milestone, I will be celebrating with a Reese's peanut butter cup! I L-O-V-E them, and I have not had one for over 2 months! What a great reward!

    That's a lot of weight to lose in 8 weeks. I hope you keep losing weight and are able to keep it off. Use the nutrition tracker to help you keep track of the food you eat. When you reach a goal, you SHOULD reward yourself and that's a GREAT reward. Enjoy!
