day 3 and 4/21

I took yesterday off and did a great job with clean eating. I figured 3 days straight enjoyed a down day and I enjoyed the day with my daughter and getting some extra vegetables cooked for the week.
This morning I did 40 minutes of cardio during my circuit training for chest, tri and shoulders. Felt good and took my little girl to the movies. No popcorn for me and managed to bring in a shake and have it halfway through the movies. All in all a good start to my week. Now to keep any sugar cravings at bay :)
