Here is your umbrella ... Now what is your slogan..

Tuesday, July 31, 2012

Did you realize the Morton Salt girl as been protected since 1921 by an umbrella? Over time she has changed her outfit and improved her attitude. Wonder if the positive changes have been the secret to her survival?

It never rains, but it pours." was a catchy start for her career. However, it wasn't long before she rephrased her life slogan enabling her to send her message in a more positive manner.

When it rains it pours!" Now there is a positive. We will have salt regardless of the weather!

While the little Morton Salt Umbrella Girl is a registered trademark of Morton Salt, Inc I can't help, but wonder if we couldn't all benefit by following her advice and rephrasing our slogan to accentuate the positive.

I know it is time to rephrase my slogan. What is your slogan???

Cute blog :) There are a few quotes I like to think on:

-Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. ( i don't know who wrote that)

-“The world of achievement has always belonged to the optimist.” ~J. Harold Wilkins
