Done with week 2

I didn't lose much this past week, just .2lbs, but I think it's mostly that I lost so much the first week my body wanted to hold on to everything after that.
I'm doing my p90 exercises everyday and also walking. I'm feeling so much better with my body now that I am exercising again. I feel much more limber and comfortable with myself.
I'm also eating really healthy. The hardest part is still cutting out the alcohol. I've switched to light beer but now I have to limit it to only three nights a week and then eventually just Friday and Saturday then just once in a while.
I'm trying to plan my meals so it will be easier. For breakfasts I have been having a green smoothie then a snack of greens and an egg. Lunch is usually a lean meat with veg and dinner is vegetables, bone broth and grain with lean meat sometimes. Any snack in between are seeds or fruit.
I hope to lose another couple pounds this week though 3 more would be even better! I'm gonna keep trying.
