Here are my July goals and results:
1: Stay within my calorie range daily, 1200-1550 (allow 5 slip ups) - I did really well with this one until the last week of July. For some reason I fell off the wagon and started not eating enough or eating junk food instead of healthy food.
2: Continue drinking 12+ glasses of water per day (great for my skin!) - DONE!
3: Follow Turbo Jam Beginner Calendar (4 weeks) - Followed for 3 1/2 weeks and then again, fell off the exercise wagon.
4: 1,000 Fitness minutes for the month - DONE! 1,200 baby!
Here are the August goals:
1: Stay within my calorie range daily, 1200-1550 (allow 5 slip ups)
2: Drink 12+ eight oz glasses of water daily
3: 1,000+ fitness minutes for the month
4: Walk/jog 5+ miles per week
5: Follow Cardio (3x) and ST (2x) calendar [Created by me]
