Don't Get Discouraged

I had a bad weekend, weight wise and it looks like I won't lose any weight from my last weigh in but I've managed to get it back to where it was last weigh-in. I designed a tracking system for my weight loss goal, which is to lose 48lbs by my son's first birthday. It automatically calculates how much time has passed (in a percentage) and how much weight I lost (in a percentage of my goal weight loss). This way it's really easy to see how I'm doing. Here's where I stand:

6.38% of time has passed
12.5% of the weight is gone

So even though I likely won't make progress this week I'll still be ahead of the game so to speak. I don't need to get discouraged and give up, heck that would be stupid to do at this point because I am so far ahead of my goal!
