well i didn't exercise for 2 days i didn't feel like it and i feel bad cause when i stop i want to stop all together. so i went and did some little exercise to get rid of my back fat and then i felt like doing my treadmill. that thing is so loud it's like 7 or 8 years old so i don't like using it to run well jog i have asthma so i can't run. but i did 15 min on that and i feel better that i didn't give up and quit on exercise all together. i'm tring to think positive. but i am always hungry. after i eat like breakfast well i ate that at like 9am and around 11am i was hungry again. so i did my exercise and i'm hungry again. what is wrong with me? there must be something wrong if i'm always hungry. this morning i ate cereal and a package of pop tarts and water well sense then i haven't ate nothing. i'm tring to not eat so much only 3 times a day and 1 snack in between meals. well my belly thinks i should eat like 6 times a day.
