Tuesday Morning

I feel a little "deja vu" this morning. When I went to get my hair done last Thursday, my hairdresser wasn't there. She had mistakenly have me down for the following day. So........I go this morning instead. I'm going to talk to her about a restyle. I'm tired of my normal hairstyle. I'll let you know.

Today is my daughter's last day of P.R. in the teen group. She joins the adult group on Thursday. Will be a good move for her. She has the teen party tonight which she loves.

Do any of you have shopping ideas for gluten free stuff? There was a thing on the Bill O'Reilly show for "eat healthy and lose weight" eat gluten free. My husband saw that and wants to change his diet. I gave a list of things prohibited - like cookies and muffins and pizza........he said .......well maybe a little!!! I went to Vons the other day and got a gluten free bread for the bread maker. It turned out good - but gosh - so expensive. It was almost $7.00 for a loaf. Any ideas????

I have Celiac Disease and have to follow a gluten free diet. Everything is so expensive as far as bread, noodles, etc. and are very high in calories. Not really good for a diabetic as things are made of corn or rice and usually high on the glycemic index. I have found it easier to eat those things that are naturally gluten free and avoid the pastas, bread, etc. I am eating lots of veggies and fruits. Good luck on going gluten free!!
Your daughter is in my thoughts and prayers. Hope she will enjoy the adult group as much as she has her teen group. Hope you like your new hairstyle.
