Whelp I got into one of my funks again, and got sick, so now I have to start all over again on my boot camp videos, because I missed three days and was only 3 days in. I know I could just start back up from where I was, but then I'd feel like I was wimping out. At least if I start over I have a chance of getting back in the swing of things. Oh well. I need to find a way to deal with my funk days that doesn't have me over eating and under exercising. Yes I do know you aren't suppose to exercise when sick, but that doesn't excuse the other two days. Any suggestions?
