Hello Spark friends...I need to find my mojo again. It seems I have let "life" get in the way of my exercise routine. I think it is also summer because our schedules are not the same as in the school year; kid summer camp hours are different etc. Nonetheless I have not abandoned my healthy changes but I certainly have not been on par 100%. I am looking forward to the routine of school and to get back to my "normal" workout schedule. I really miss it and the structure and the benefits it provides. I have not been a total slump, but certainly have not worked out consistently like I was when hitting the gym. Who knew I would miss it? Nonetheless, I am still committed to myself and making changes. Any insight you experts can share to encourage and help me would be really appreciated. Have a wonderful day.
