Posting these a bit early to prepare for tomorrow
No pop for the whole month, diet or regular. I haven't been drinking that much lately so it shouldn't be hard to go through the whole month without. Seltzer is okay.
Avoid the drive thru for all food items
Get 10 minutes minimum of purposeful movement a day
Get all paperwork to the office by the end of the month.
Try 4 new recipes as I have gotten away from trying one new recipe a week
Don't back out of social gatherings for the month even if work is going crazy. We have a lot on our calendar and I am already wanting to avoid certain events but I need to push through and go, even if I don't want to because I feel buried with work. Work ebbs and flows, events don't.
Make a decision about seeing the dietician again before the end of the month.
