Well, that was hard.

It was pretty hurtful to have to update all of my weight information and see exactly what I did to myself this summer. I'm so ready to be back at school, and if working out in the sticky FL heat is my main point of contention, the least I could do is not eat like a pig. So for now, I'm going to take it slow and eat less and healthier. I will definitely incorporate working out, but one step at a time. I need to get back into some working shape because I'm signed up for one of the most intense bootcamp classes as one of my classes when I go back to school. Obviously I signed up when I was getting into great shape, but I refuse to drop it.

Anyway, I'm glad you guys don't judge me on here and you know what it's like to struggle. This is a lifestyle, a lifelong battle. I will NOT give up or bow down to a craving or two or a month's worth of laziness. Out of my entire lifetime, this has to be where I recognize my weaknesses, unfortunately cut my losses, and start right back up. Admitting the weight gain was the hardest part, seeing my "lbs lost" number go down. But I won't make progress until I have that staring in my face.

No denial.

those that work and can't get to a fridge seem to do better than those of us that can see the fridge from their tv set! LOL

Great that you aren't dropping the boot camp.

I am in Central FL and I know about the heat and humidity.
