Walked 5 miles after dinner

I am determined more than ever to reach my half way point within the next 15 days at the latest. Thus, I forced myself to get out after dinner last night and walk. I ended up walking, and jogging some, over 5 miles and burned over 600 calories.

    Great Job! It sounds like once you were outside you enjoyed your exercise. It is important to find an exercise that you are passionate about right now so that when you reach your goal you are still reaching for your running shoes on a regular basis. Keep up the good work! You can do it!
