walking as a part of activity

In the last 2 days I have spent a good part of the day walking as part of the activity that we happened to be doing. I do think it's good for me, but wow am I tired. I am ready to crash into bed at the end of the day.

    emoticon I hear you. My husband and I started by just walking a small path to exploring 4 or more miles now. Holy moly!!

Good for you for doing all that walking!! I never realized how much it really does help.

    Building endurance is a wonderful thing ... the more you do something, the easier it gets ... RIGHT? LOL ... it constantly amazes me that doing something that isn't "normal" can be so exhausting! Good for you doing all that walking ... and for getting good rest! emoticon
